Returns & FAQ
1. No Returns Without a Valid Reason
Since we sell digital documents, we do not accept returns or refunds based solely on customer dissatisfaction. Digital products can be easily copied and remain accessible after download, making returns different from physical products.
2. Returns Only for Incorrectly Delivered Files
We only accept return requests if the customer has received the wrong digital document. In this case, the customer must contact us within 30 days after purchase and provide proof of the incorrect file.
3. Proof Requirements
If you have received the wrong product, you must provide the following information:
- A screenshot of the ordered product details
- A screenshot or proof of the downloaded file
- A brief description of the issue
Once we verify the issue, we will either provide the correct document or issue a refund.
4. How to Request a Return?
To submit a return request, email contact@support.kaisarsknowledge.com with the subject line "Incorrect Document Received – [Order Number]" and attach the required proof. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
5. No Returns for Satisfaction Issues
We cannot offer returns or refunds for customers who are simply unhappy with the product. We recommend carefully reading the product descriptions before making a purchase.
